Refunds and Cancelations

JD's Garage is committed to our customers and we want everyone to have a positive experience with us.

Returns on Plan Packages are on a case by case basis. 

Returns on Physical Parts will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and the buyer pays return shipping charges. Refunds may be subject to a 15% reinspection and restocking fee.

All shipments are FOB meaning they are the customers responsibility once they are dropped off at the carrier.  JD's Garage will work with the customer to correct any shipping issues.
