Metric parts are now available under another product tab.

All instructions and drawings are in metric units and .stl files are updated to use common tubing found in Europe and other locations

This is a set of plans to build a budget 3 Axis CNC plasma cutter using metal tubing and 3D printed parts. Plans include 3 dimensional drawings of all parts, .stl files for 3D printed parts and a complete bill of materials list to complete this project. Open source firmware and software will need to be loaded onto the Arduino to complete the electrical function of the machine. This process is detailed in the instructions.

If you have all of the bill of materials on hand, this will take about 1 day's time to build and assemble the mechanical portion of the machine. The electrical will take about 1/2 day depending on your experience.

710mm X 810mm cutting surface.

Also Includes a Rotary Axis for tube notching and other processes

Estimated cost of completion is $350 to $500 depending upon the number of Axes and options.

For trouble free operation, a low frequency blow back start plasma cutter is necessary.

Warning: This is not an industrial machine and not intended to be used in a production shop. It is intended for light use by a homeowner or hobbyist.
