Tubing bender has been tested to 2" with 0.180" wall

***It is not recommended to bend DOM tubing with the Bending dies, only ERW***

1" Round, 4" Centerline Radius, Tested with 0.083 and 0.120 wall
1" Square, 4" Centerline Radius Tested with 0.065 wall
1-1/4" Round, 4.5" Centerline Radius, Tested with 0.083, 0.095 and 0.120 wall
1-1/4" Square, 4.5" Centerline Radius, Not Tested
1-1/2" Round, 4.5" Centerline Radius, Tested with 0.083 and 0.095 wall. 0.120 wall is questionable.

*****PLEASE READ***** The bending dies are created by 3D printing a core out of PETG material. We recommend a printing temperature of 260c degrees and a bed temp of 85c degrees. Please verify your printer is capable of printing at these values. Bed size of 9.75x9.75 inches required for 1.25" and 1.5" die cores.
